Returns

We offer a 30-day return period from the date of purchase for items that are:

• Unused and in original condition
• In the original packaging (if applicable)
• With the original receipt or proof of purchase

2. Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
3. We will provide you with instructions on how to send the product back.

Refunds and Replacements

You are entitled to a refund or replacement if:

• The product is faulty, damaged, or defective.
• The product is not as described or does not match the sample shown.
• The product does not meet consumer guarantees under the ACL.

If you choose a refund, the amount will be credited to the original payment method. If you prefer a replacement, we will send a new item of the same model (subject to availability).

Refunds and replacements for faulty or damaged goods will be provided at no additional cost, including any return shipping fees.

Exclusions

The following items are non-refundable:

• Items that have been used, worn, or damaged after purchase (unless the item is faulty or defective).
• Sale or clearance items

How to Return an Item

If your item is eligible for return, please follow these steps:

2. We will issue a Return Authorization and provide shipping instructions.
3. Return the item in its original condition and packaging, if possible, to the address we provide.

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or not as described.
